You can exercise in your own home, garden or nearby park. You do not need any equipment, as I will bring everything you need to have a safe, varied and effective workout. My fitness plan lasts between 6 -12 weeks (min. 2 - 3 times/week), within which time, if instructions are followed correctly, you will see your goals closer to hand. As the focus of my fitness plan is correcting your nutritional intake, you will consequently lose weight. Nutrition without exercise, however, is not only fat lose but muscles lose, which is not ideal. Nutrition and exercise, needs to work in parallel, supporting each other.
